
Overview
The recommendation program is a way for non-settlement service providers to recommend Neat Loans to their networks. By completing the information above, the recommender is acknowledging that they are not a settlement service provider, they know the person they are recommending, and that they believe the recipient of the recommendation would benefit from the services of Neat Loans.
Financial Benefits
Subject to the limitations outlined below, to encourage the recommendations, for each recommendation that leads to a completed application, Neat Loans will provide a $100 gift card to the recommender. Additionally, for the recipients of the recommendation, Neat Loans will provide a $500 discount on the closing costs on any mortgage started via the recommendation program.
Completed Application
For the purposes of this recommendation program, a completed application is defined as a full loan application that has a successful hard credit pull with scores from at least two of major credit reporting agencies.
Limitations
A recommendation can only be made once a recommender has at least one completed application.For a recommender to receive the financial benefits from a recommendation, it must have reached a completed application status within 60 days of the recommendation being made.A recommender can only recommend a maximum of 10 people in a 30 day period. If this limit has been reached, no additional recommendations can be added. A recommender can only be eligible for a maximum of $300 in a 90 day period. Furthermore, a recommender is limited to a lifetime maximum of $600. The recipient of the recommendation must have a completed application within 60 days of the recommendation being made, but the loan can close at any point after then. There is no limit to the number of loans the recipient of the recommendation can receive the financial benefit on, provided that the applications are completed within the required timeframe.
Abuse
Neat Loans reserves the right to not provide the financial benefit if there is reason to believe the recommender is a settlement service provider, if the recommender does not have any kind of relationships with the recipient of the recommendation, or if there are other reasons to believe that the intent of the program has been abused.
